The e¹ MIS is web based software, as a result all users need to access the system is the ability to log-on to a web browser. The software is centrally hosted which enables schools to avoid the costs associated with purchasing servers. |

We recommend that primary schools have a minimum of 1Mb and secondary schools a minimum of 2Mb internet connection. |

In instances where you lose your internet connection, your data is not lost. Access to the system is still possible if you use a laptop with a mobile card such as 3G, you don’t even need mains power. All data once ‘submitted’ or saved is available for access despite any temporary loss in internet connectivity. |
