The Customer Services Web Site is only available to Pearson Phoenix customers. It is a free service and in order to ensure that only our customers use it, we need you to register. Your username will be your e-mail address and this is how we will contact you, therefore it is important to enter this accurately. We will encrypt a password for you which you will be able to change later if you wish. Your username and password will be e-mailed to you when you complete the registration request.
