Pii (Phoenix information interchange) is an application which is compliant with the current Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) guidelines and provides interoperability for standard and bespoke interfaces with third party or statutory government systems such as eCare, GLOW, School to School (Scotland) and Contact Point.

It enables the exchange of data between e¹, an authority's core IT solution and any other third party IT software, for example text messaging, library systems and cashless catering.
