Phoenix Finance for Schools (PfS) is a fully integrated, internet-enabled accounting package which provides users with full budgetary control over their school.The software features nominal, sales and purchase ledger functionality, sales invoicing, billing and purchase order processing as standard, delivering true financial control and helping your school achieve optimum performance.

PfS offers the following features:

As well as all these great features it offers users the option to copy and paste calculating spreadsheets directly from Excel without degrading the formulae.

PfS is compatible and interoperable with the Pearson Phoenix e1 MIS or can be operated as a stand alone system. Automated Data flow between your MIS and accounts package removes the need to enter the same data into two different packages whilst always ensuring that both systems are fully batch synchronised.

In addition to the base product, three additional modules are also available – Fees Billing Manager, Asset Register and Stock Control.
